At Prompt Home Health, we believe that receiving care at home should never mean receiving care without structure, standards or professional support.
Since establishing the company in 2009, I have seen how deeply families depend on caregivers and how important it is for that trust to be supported by a responsible organisation. This is why our approach extends beyond assigning a caregiver. We assess needs, develop care plans, prepare and match caregivers, document care activities, maintain communication and provide ongoing supervision.

Meet Our Executive & Advisory Board
Ike M. Okoye
Ike M. Okoye founded Prompt Home Health in 2009. He holds a degree in Finance and an MBA and has professional training and experience in nursing, healthcare administration, caregiving and organisational leadership in the United States and Nigeria. He provides strategic leadership for Prompt Home Health and the wider Prompt Health Group, with a particular interest in professional caregiving, workforce development and Nigeria’s care economy.
Dr Amara Okoye
Dr Amara Okoye is a medical doctor and graduate of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. She provides clinical leadership and guidance to the organisation’s healthcare teams and supports the development and oversight of appropriate standards of client care.
Monica Dan Bauchi
Monica Dan Bauchi coordinates key operational activities relating to client service, caregiver introductions, care coordination and quality-assurance follow-up. She holds a BSc in Mass Communication from the University of Jos.
Freddie George
Freddie George holds a BSc in Business Management. He supports the organisation’s business development, client engagement and institutional relationship-building activities.

How does professional home care begin?

How do you select a caregiver?

Who supervises the caregiver?
