3. RELIGIOUS BELIEF

Some people have decided to leave everything about themselves, including their health in the hands of their God. Others also find it difficult to seek medical help when the need arises because they believe that whatever they go through has some kind of spiritual undertone to it.

4. FINANCIAL CONSTRAINT

For some people, the cost of health care and the cost of healthy food and lifestyle choices can be discouraging. People may feel that they can’t afford to invest in their health, or they may choose to prioritize other expenses.

7. UNHEALTHY LIFESTYLE

People may engage in unhealthy behaviors such as smoking, drinking, or overeating, and may ignore the long-term effects of these habits on their health.

8. MISINFORMATION

There is a lot of misinformation about health and wellness, and people may rely on false or incomplete information to make decisions about their health. In a country like Nigeria, people tend to believe almost everything they hear, without wanting to go through the stress of verifying such information.
